1/ 2kilo chicken thigh
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp 5-spice powder
4 tbsp Evaporated milk
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp patis
Oil - for frying
Directions:
